Loyola Medicine in Maywood, IL is seeking a Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician to set up and operate dialysis machines for patients with kidney failure. The role features a rotating shift schedule including early morning and evening blocks, with every other weekend requirements.

Minimum education is a High School Diploma with on-the-job or formal training. CPR and Renal-CCHT certification are required, with 0–2 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus training acquired through work experience or education.
• Less than one year of previous job-related experience is required.
• 1–2 years of previous job-related experience is preferred.
• Required: Basic Life Support (CPR).
• Required: Renal - CCHT (Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician).

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates the hemodialysis machine to provide dialysis treatment for patients with kidney failure.
• Works as a contributing member of a health care team focused on quality outcomes through effective communication.
