Job summary

Covenant HealthCare seeks a Dialysis Tech to assist in the inpatient dialysis unit, handling supply maintenance, equipment prep, and patient transport. You will coordinate with nursing and dialysis staff to ensure clean, functioning machines and timely treatments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of supply or healthcare experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must work well with others in hectic and stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain TABLO dialysis supply and machine maintenance by monitoring par levels and ordering supplies.
• Set up and priming of TABLO machines for nursing staff; verify prescriptions before treatment.
• Transport patients to and from dialysis treatments and communicate with nursing staff.
• Monitor par levels and order peritoneal dialysis supplies; maintain drawers and supply carts.
• Document intake/output and report equipment concerns; troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
