Qualifications

• 2+ years in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience.
• 2+ years dialysis experience preferred.
• Ability to learn other systems applicable to Clinical operations.
• Strong decision making and judgment capabilities.
• Excellent reading comprehension and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient and staff scheduling, duties, paperwork and medical records.
• Oversee financials, quality assurance, patient care, safety and operations within budget.
• Maintain physician, NP and staff records and ensure CMS/ESRD guidelines compliance.
• Drive policy development and ensure treatment quality and patient dignity.
