Job summary

University Health is seeking an Executive Director of Dialysis Services to lead clinical and administrative operations across the dialysis network, including clinics, inpatient units, home dialysis, and jail dialysis. The role partners with Medical Directors to plan growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve patient care.

The ideal candidate will hold a Nursing degree (BSN required, MSN preferred), have 3+ years in dialysis leadership, and hold an active Texas RN license with BLS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Nursing required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 3 years as a clinical nurse supervisor or director in dialysis services.
• Current RN license in Texas; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care across multiple dialysis sites ensuring high-quality services.
• Supervise and mentor clinical and support staff; drive staff development.
• Manage operating budgets and capital planning to meet goals.
• Develop and update policies to remain compliant with healthcare regulations.
• Serve as liaison to the community and represent dialysis services publicly.
