Responsibilities

• Performs and maintains knowledge and proficiency in dialysis treatments.

• Ensures compliance with water room equipment operation and safety standards.
• Documents in patient records per policy and maintains quality improvement efforts.
• Coordinates care with Medical Director, Nephrologist, families, and staff.
