U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Registered Nurse with dialysis experience to provide comprehensive care for patients with ESRD, AKI, and CKD in a high‑quality VA health system. The role involves direct patient care, supervision of dialysis technicians, and coordination with the care team.

The position requires active RN licensure, BSN or higher, and English proficiency. EDRP participation is available, and the schedule includes rotating hours to support inpatient operations.

Formación

• Must be a graduate of a nursing program and actively licensed as a registered nurse.
• Experience in dialysis nursing or ESRD patient care preferred.
• English language proficiency as per VA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and supervise direct patient dialysis care for ESRD/AKI/CKD patients.
• Document care and treatment plans in the electronic health record.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
• Supervise dialysis technicians and ensure patient safety during treatments.
