Qualifications

• Active RN license in Illinois (or eligible).
• Dialysis or nephrology experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise dialysis technicians and collaborate with physicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct hemodialysis care and patient education.
• Supervise dialysis technicians and delegate tasks while ensuring policy compliance.
• Monitor patient response to dialysis and document interventions and outcomes.
• Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare team; report critical lab results.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and care plans following safety protocols.
