Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dialysis team in Valdosta, GA. You will provide high-quality kidney care, performing pre- and post-treatment assessments and administering medications under physician orders.

You will supervise Patient Care Technicians, ensure staffing in line with state regulations, and participate in ongoing education and quality initiatives to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• One or more years of current nursing experience preferred.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment and complete assessments before and after treatments.
• Monitor patients during treatment and document medication profiles as ordered by physicians.
• Lead and supervise Patient Care Technicians under the supervision of a Charge Nurse and ensure staffing meets state regulations.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education offerings.
