Qualifications

• RN license in state you are applying to.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification preferred initially and required after 90 days of employment; ACLS required from day 1 for Charge Nurses, High Obs, and ICU.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct and supervise care to dialysis patients.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary planning and discharge planning.
• Provide patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization and community resources.
• Oversee dialysis treatments as ordered by physicians.
