Job summary

Cherry County Hospital & Clinic in Valentine, NE is seeking a Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time day-shift role. You will provide safe dialysis treatments, monitor patient status, educate patients and families, and collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to promote positive outcomes.

Require graduation from an accredited nursing program, Nebraska RN license, BLS, ACLS preferred, and dialysis or medical-surgical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Nebraska Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• ACLS preferred.
• Dialysis and/or Medical-Surgical nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatments and patient-centered nursing care.
• Monitor patient conditions and dialysis treatments.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Advocate for patients while promoting positive health outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development.
