Qualifications

• Requires 2-year/Associate Degree in Nursing (Required)
• 4-year/Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
• 3+ years nursing experience in medical-surgical, critical care or ER (Required)
• Nursing experience in nephrology (Preferred)
• Registered Nurse (RN) with current Georgia license, BLS, ACLS (Required)
• Certification as CDN or CNN (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards and practices.
• Assess patients, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and evaluate outcomes.
• Document care and ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
• Collaborate with health professionals to coordinate patient care across settings.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and maintain patient safety and compassionate care.
