Job summary

Hema-Tec, Inc. seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to serve partner hospitals in the Milwaukee area, delivering life-sustaining dialysis treatments with compassion and clinical excellence.

You will care for patients and collaborate with hospital teams to ensure safety and comfort at the bedside. This full-time role offers a 4-day work week with every other Saturday, Day shift hours, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in Wisconsin.
• Minimum one year of RN experience, nephrology preferred (6 months).
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Self-starter with excellent time management and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver life-sustaining dialysis treatments with clinical excellence.
• Independently manage caseload and patient needs, troubleshoot equipment.
• Communicate empathetically with patients, families and hospital staff.
