Qualifications

• RN with active Florida license (or eligible) and minimum 1+ year RN experience.
• Dialysis nursing experience preferred or inpatient dialysis exposure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Flexibility to work weekends, on-call, nights, and overtime as required.
• Proficient in computer data entry and hospital information systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical acute nursing care to ensure patient safety and comfort during dialysis.
• Perform patient assessments and administer medications, blood products, and chart notes.
• Prepare and monitor dialysis equipment, dialysate, alarms, and monitor systems.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families about dialysis treatment and dietary guidance.
• Document care activities and communicate changes to the care team.
• Adhere to safety, policy, and regulatory requirements.
