Job summary

DaVita in Orlando is seeking an RN to provide compassionate dialysis care in an outpatient setting. You will deliver treatments, monitor patients, and work with a supportive team to ensure safety, comfort, and quality care for each patient.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR, EKG interpretation, and 2+ years with acutely ill patients; CNN certification is a plus. DaVita offers medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, parental leave, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation.
• 2+ years’ experience with acutely ill patients (ICU, ER, Med/Surg preferred).
• Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills.
• CNN certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient status.
• Assess, troubleshoot, and respond to clinical situations.
• Educate patients and build meaningful relationships.
