Concerto Renal Services in Massachusetts is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to join its team. The nurse will supervise dialysis care in accordance with policy, procedure and training and in compliance with state and federal regulations, providing hands-on supervision to dialysis technicians.

You will deliver direct hemodialysis care, educate patients on renal health and self-care, document outcomes in EMR, coordinate with physicians, and contribute to a collaborative, quality-focused care environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with active Massachusetts license.
• Experience in dialysis or medical-surgical nursing preferred.
• Ability to lead and supervise a clinical team.
• Strong documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent patient education and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct hemodialysis care and patient education.
