Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized dialysis care to adult patients. Coordinates care, patient assessment, and education, and collaborates with physicians to plan and evaluate dialysis treatment.

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred; graduation from an accredited nursing program and an active RN license are required. A sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required.
• Unencumbered RN license in practice state or compact license.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized dialysis nursing care to adult patients.
• Coordinate care, assess patients, educate and plan/ evaluate dialysis treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter‑professional team on care plans.
• Document patient history, symptoms and medications per standards.
