Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required.
• ACLS certification within 1 year of hire.
• CRRN certification preferred (we can help you obtain it).
• Minimum 6 months of dialysis nursing experience.
• Preferred 1 year of experience in an inpatient hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis.
• Supervising care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, developing personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.

Your Role Involves

• Providing direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis.
• Supervising care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, developing personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building rewarding relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in their recovery.
• Educating nursing staff on the care of the hemodialysis patient, hemodialysis equipment, and standards of care.
