Job summary

U.S. Renal Care in Texas is seeking a Staff Nurse to engage in ongoing professional development, deliver high-quality patient care, and apply nephrology standards. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patients through dialysis and related therapies.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, patient-centered care, and continuous improvement, with opportunities for growth and leadership as you contribute to improving outcomes for people living with kidney disease.

Qualifications

  • One (1) year of registered nurse experience.
  • Minimum 3 months (California & Tennessee) or 6 months (Texas) of experience as a Nephrology Nurse with dialysis experience required; a combination of in-center, and/or acute, hemodialysis required.
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent
  • Current, active, unencumbered state RN licensure
  • Current Healthcare Provider certification (CPR) required
  • Competent and in-depth knowledge regarding the use of Electronic Health Records
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and complete projects independently

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:

One (1) year of registered nurse experience.

Minimum 3 months (California - Tennessee) or 6 months (Texas) of experience as a Nephrology Nurse with dialysis experience required; a combination of in‑center, and/or acute, hemodialysis required

Education:

Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent

License/Certification:

Current, active, unencumbered state RN licensure

Current Healthcare Provider certification (CPR) required

Minimum Knowledge, Skills - Abilities:

Competent and in‑depth knowledge regarding the use of Electronic Health Records

Ability to organize, prioritize and complete projects independently
