Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is hiring a Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our nonprofit mission of prioritizing individualized patient care. In-center hemodialysis units rely on a skilled RN to lead patient care, education, and coordination with physicians and families.

We offer a 4x10-hour schedule with Sundays off and no overnights. Training is provided, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, PTO, ESB, and a retirement match; new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must have an accredited nursing degree.
• Dialysis experience not required; job shadow opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dialysis machine, alarms, and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures.
• Ongoing patient education, training and health coaching.
• Monitor patients during dialysis, communicating changes with physician and families.
• Administer and chart all prescribed medications.
• Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations.
• Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews.
• Document required patient education efforts.
• Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals.
• Assist in medication inventory maintenance.
• Lead a small patient care team.
• Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed.
• Additional tasks as requested.

A Dialysis Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing care at one of DCI’s in-center hemodialysis units as part of a patient care team. Our RNs are integral in ensuring safe care and the highest quality outcomes are prioritized for every patient.

Schedule: Full-time, four 10-hour shifts; Sundays off; no overnight shifts

Compensation: Pay ranges from $29-$42 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience
