Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is hiring a Dialysis Registered Nurse for our Humboldt, TN unit. You will join a patient care team to deliver high-quality in-center hemodialysis and ensure safety and excellent outcomes.

The role requires an accredited nursing degree and offers paid 12-week training, comprehensive benefits, and a schedule of four 10-hour shifts starting at 5:45am with Sundays off.

Qualifications

Accredited nursing degree required.
Dialysis experience not required; job shadow opportunities available.
DCI provides 3 months of comprehensive training, including classroom sessions and one-on-one skills training.

Responsibilities

Prepare dialysis machine, alarms, and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met.
Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures.
Ongoing patient education, training and health coaching.
Monitor patients during dialysis, communicating changes with physician and families.
Administer and chart all prescribed medications.
Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations.
Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews.
Document required patient education efforts.
Assist in medication inventory maintenance.
Lead a small patient care team.
Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed.

Dialysis Registered Nurse

A Dialysis Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing care at one of DCI's in-center hemodialysis units as part of a patient care team. Our RNs are integral in ensuring safe care and the highest quality outcomes are prioritized for every patient.

Schedule

Full-time, four 10-hour shifts starting at 5:45am; Sundays off; no overnight shifts

Compensation

Pay ranges from $32-$42 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience
