Dialysis Clinic, Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our in-center hemodialysis units. You’ll be part of a patient care team delivering safe, high-quality care with an emphasis on education and compassion.

Schedule includes 30-40 hours per week on 10-hour shifts starting at 6am, Sundays off, and no overnight shifts. DCI offers paid 12-week training with a preceptor, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, PTO, and retirement plans with employer matching.

A Dialysis Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing care at one of DCI’s in-center hemodialysis units as part of a patient care team. Our RNs are integral in ensuring safe care and the highest quality outcomes are prioritized for every patient.

Schedule : 30-40 hours/week @ 10-hour shifts starting at 6am; Sundays off; no overnight shifts

This is primarily an in-center RN position that also provides support to Acutes.

Compensation : Pay ranges from $45-$55 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience

Responsibilities

What You Can Expect

• Prepare dialysis machine, its alarms, and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met
• Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures
• Ongoing patient education, training and health coaching
• Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physician and families
• Administer and chart all prescribed medications
• Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
• Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews
• Document required patient education efforts
• Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
• Assist in medication inventory maintenance
• Lead a small patient care team
• Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed
• Additional tasks as requested
