Job summary

BJC HealthCare is seeking a Dialysis Staff Nurse to provide safe, compassionate care in a patient-focused setting. You will perform hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis, monitor patients, and ensure equipment safety according to infection-prevention standards.

You will educate patients and families on disease management, collaborate with an interdisciplinary nephrology team, and contribute to quality improvement within a supportive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Missouri.
• BLS/ACLS certification preferred.
• Experience in dialysis or renal care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments.
• Assess and monitor patients during therapy.
• Operate and maintain dialysis equipment safely.
• Educate patients and families on disease management.
• Collaborate with nephrology team and contribute to quality improvement.
