Responsibilities

• Be part of a cross-functional team under the supervision of a Charge Nurse and supervise Patient Care Technicians to care for patients living with kidney disease.
• Provide safe, comfortable, high-quality dialysis treatment and work directly with patients.
• Complete and document physical assessments before and after treatments; monitor patients during treatment.
• Complete monthly reviews of patient medication profiles and administer medications according to physician orders.
• Be a key member of an interdisciplinary team for patient assessments and care planning.
• Ensure center staffing meets requirements under Administrator guidance and state staffing regulations.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and laws; participate in meetings and continuing education.
