The registered nurse (RN) provides high-quality dialysis care as part of a cross-functional team, supervised by a Charge Nurse, and supports Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Deliver safe, comfortable dialysis treatments, perform physical assessments, monitor patients, and document care activities. Administer medications per physician orders and review patient medication profiles regularly.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to conduct patient assessments, care planning, and ensure staffing compliance under the supervision of leadership.
• Safety & Quality: Follow policies, procedures, and regulations, participate in staff meetings, and engage in continuing education to uphold safety and quality standards.
