Job summary

Satellite Healthcare in San Leandro is seeking a Clinical RN to coordinate patient care and serve as a patient teacher and advocate. You will collaborate with the care team to ensure informed consent and maximize patient independence.

You will work with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care, promote compassionate outcomes, and support care planning and patient education across settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
• Current, active, unencumbered state RN licensure.
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification.
• Proficient with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Ability to organize, prioritize and complete projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care in collaboration with the SHC team.
• Act as patient teacher and advocate to support informed consent and patient independence.
• Deliver care in alignment with Satellite Healthcare's mission and vision.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Experience

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent
