Job summary

Concerto Renal Services seeks a dedicated Dialysis Nurse to join our team and supervise dialysis care in accordance with policy and training, ensuring state and federal regulatory compliance while delivering hands-on patient care.

You will lead a cohesive hemodialysis team, monitor treatment, document outcomes, and collaborate with physicians to provide high-quality renal care in our facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct hemodialysis care, perform assessments, administer medications, and educate patients on renal health and self-care.
• Delegate tasks to dialysis technicians, supervise their performance, and ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
• Monitor patient response to dialysis, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document interventions and outcomes.
• Work closely with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate care, report critical lab results, and ensure continuity of treatment.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records, ensure timely completion of care plans, and adhere to safety and regulatory protocols.

Why is this Role Essential?

Concerto is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to join its team! The Dialysis Nurse supervises dialysis care in accordance with policy, procedure and training and in compliance with state and federal regulations. Assures responsibility for the unit and works collaboratively with members of the hemodialysis healthcare team. Supervises care given by dialysis technicians while assuming a 'hands on' role and fostering a team approach to patient care.

What Will You Do?

1. Patient Care & Education
