Sanderling Renal Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Dialysis Registered Nurse in Provo, Utah.

The RN will provide care for in-center and home dialysis patients, manage Plan of Care, monitoring, and medication administration, and supervise care technicians to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Ideal candidates have 6 months of dialysis experience, strong EMR skills, and a collaborative approach to working with nephrologists and the interdisciplinary team while maintaining a flexible

Qualifications

• RN required.
• 6 months minimum experience in dialysis.
• Strong computer literacy and EMR experience required.
• Must be a team player and deal in an environment with a flexible schedule.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.
• Desire to grow and develop in the dialysis profession.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to in-center and home dialysis patients.
• Plan of Care, monitoring, administration, and documentation of medication administration.
• Oversight of patient care technicians (including Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technicians, and CCHT’s in training).
• Communication with the patient’s nephrologist.
• Communication with other providers (SNF, Acute Care, Home Health) as required for the clinic’s patients.
• Work with other members of the Inter-Disciplinary Team on a regular basis (Social Worker, Dietitian, Nephrologist, CCHT).
• Upholds and supports company values in words and actions. Speaks respectfully to patients and teammates and strives to follow company policies and procedures, asking when unclear.
