Fresenius Medical Care seeks a Patient Care Tech to join the dialysis health care team, supporting safe and effective dialysis therapy under licensed nurse supervision. You will assist in safe machine setup, patient assessment, and data documentation in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities include monitoring treatment, calculating UF goals, and supporting CQI activities to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Under RN supervision, participate in patient care and safety.
• Assist in education with online clearance monitoring and related programs.
• Record vitals, treatment parameters, and patient responses accurately.

Responsabilités

• Prepare dialysis treatment area, monitor machines, and ensure safety alarms are set.
• Evaluate vascular access patency and document findings for physician review.
• Obtain pre/post dialysis vitals and weight; document changes and notify RN.
• Assist with infection control, inventory, and maintaining a clean clinical environment.
