Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Technician to join our team. You will provide direct patient care under licensed nurse supervision, set up and operate dialysis equipment, monitor vitals and vascular access, and document treatments accurately.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR certification, and at least two years of dialysis technician experience with dialysis certification. Expect a patient-centered, team-focused work environment and safety-first protocols.

• Current CPR Certification or completion upon starting in unit.
• Minimum of two (2) years of dialysis technician experience.
• Dialysis certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, initiating and discontinuing dialysis per orders.
• Obtain and document pre- and post-treatment vitals, weight, and vascular access assessments; report unusual findings.
• Set up, operate, and safety-check hemodialysis machines; administer heparin as permitted by state law.
• Accurately document treatment details and prepare laboratory specimens; maintain a clean and safe environment.

The Dialysis Technician functions as part of the hemodialysis health care team in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for patients.
