Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Technician to join its hemodialysis team within a skilled nursing or long-term care facility. The role focuses on safe, effective dialysis therapy under licensed nurse supervision and compliance with state and federal regulations.

You will perform direct patient care, monitor vitals, operate dialysis machines, document treatments, and maintain a clean, safe environment while delivering excellent patient service to families and staff.

Qualifications

• Dialysis Technician role in a hemodialysis setting.
• Ability to initiate and discontinue dialysis per orders under RN supervision.
• Accurate vitals, weight, and vascular access assessments with reporting.
• Operate hemodialysis machines and perform safety checks.

Responsabilités

• Direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Obtain and document pre- and post-treatment vitals and report unusual findings.
• Set up, operate, and perform safety checks on hemodialysis machines and administer heparin as permitted.
• Accurately document treatment details and prepare laboratory specimens.
• Deliver excellent service to patients, families, and staff while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Concerto is seeking a Dialysis Technician to join its team! The Dialysis Technician functions as part of the hemodialysis health care team in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for patients. Works under the supervision of a licensed nurse in accordance with Concerto’s policies, procedures, and training and in compliance with regulations set for by state and federal agencies.

What Will You Do?

1. Direct Patient Care
   Provides hands‑on care to assigned patients under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including initiating and discontinuing dialysis treatments per prescribed orders
2. Vital Signs & Monitoring
   Obtains and documents pre‑ and post‑treatment vitals, weight, and vascular access assessments, reporting any unusual findings to the nurse.
3. Dialysis Machine OperationSets up, operates, and performs safety checks on hemodialysis machines; administers heparin aspermitted by state law.
4. Documentation & Lab Work
   Accurately documents patient treatment details and prepares laboratory specimens as prescribed.
5. Customer Service & EnvironmentDelivers excellent service to patients, families, and staff, while maintaining a clean and safe workenvironment.
