• Prior patient care experience in hospital or related facility preferred.
• CPR certification may be required or preferred depending on state policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
• Monitor patients during dialysis and record vital signs and treatment parameters.
• Document treatment data accurately and report changes to RN or supervisor.
• Maintain clean and safe environment and comply with infection control policies.
• Participate in CQI activities and patient education when appropriate.
