Fresenius Medical Care seeks a dialysis technician to join the Monroe Clinic team in Monroe, WI. The role supports the dialysis health care team under RN supervision, operating hemodialysis machines and ensuring patient safety during treatments.

There is on-site responsibility with potential floating to the Madison area as needed. Responsibilities include patient evaluation, vital signs, data recording, and adherence to CQI activities.

Formación

• High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
• CMS-approved state licensure required within CMS timeline.
• All appropriate state licensure, education, and training required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate hemodialysis machines as directed.
• Monitor vital signs, weight, and treatment parameters during sessions.
• Record treatment data and ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and equipment.
• Educate patients and support transitional care planning.
