Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Dialysis Technician to participate in the dialysis health care team, under the supervision of a licensed nurse. You will set up and operate hemodialysis machines, monitor patients, and maintain a safe treatment environment.

The role involves evaluating vascular access, recording vital signs, and assisting with infection control and CQI activities. Requires a high school diploma or GED and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CMS/state licensure or national certification as required.
• Dialysis training program completion required for continued employment.

Responsabilités

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
• Monitor patient vital signs and response to dialysis.
• Perform vascular access evaluation and cannulation as delegated.
• Assess and maintain safe, clean environment.
• Record treatment data accurately on Hemodialysis Treatment Sheet.
• Report changes in patient condition to RN or supervisor.
