Job summary

• Evaluate patient status during treatment and report changes to the RN or supervisor.
• Record vital signs, treatment data, and procedural details on the Hemodialysis Treatment Sheet.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and handle supplies efficiently to prevent waste and errors.
