Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a dedicated dialysis care professional to join our team. You will be involved in setup and operation of dialysis machines, monitoring patient treatment and response, and ensuring safety and infection control throughout the care process.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, CPR certification, and CMS/state/national certification as applicable. Experience in a hospital setting is preferred, with training provided to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• CMS-approved state and/or national certification requirements.
• Prior patient care experience in hospital setting preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate dialysis machines; monitor treatment and patient response.
• Record vital signs, weight, and treatment parameters accurately.
• Assist in infection control and maintain safe, clean environment.
• Educate patients on adequacy measures and treatment processes.
• Ensure safety alarms and equipment are properly managed during dialysis.
