Job summary

CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG is seeking a dialysis technician to assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis equipment. You will monitor vital signs, document treatment data, and report changes to the supervising nurse.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and CPR certification, with paid training provided. Ideal candidates can report to early shifts beginning around 4:30 AM and work multiple shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Frontline dialysis patient care experience is preferred or required.
• CPR certification is required or preferred as part of patient safety.
• High school diploma or GED is required; additional certification may be needed per CMS/state rules.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
• Monitor patient vital signs and weight before and after treatment.
• Record treatment data and report changes to the RN or supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, infection-controlled environment.
• Support education for patients regarding treatment adequacy and processes.
