Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state nursing license.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum 9 months RN experience.
• Minimum 3 months dialysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform essential nursing functions under supervision and guidance of the Clinical Educator.
• Collect and analyze patient data during dialysis and document in medical records.
• Educate patient and family on care and treatment.
• Deliver safe, effective hemodialysis therapy and coordinate with care team.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document justification and outcomes.
• Assist with emergency response measures and participate in training.
