Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to join its team. The Dialysis Nurse supervises dialysis care in accordance with policy, procedure and training and in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Supervises care given by dialysis technicians while fostering a hands-on, team-based approach to patient care. This role emphasizes hands-on care, patient and family education, staff supervision, and collaboration with physicians.

Qualifications

• RN license in Georgia (or eligible)
• Dialysis experience preferred
• Excellent communication and patient interaction
• Ability to supervise technicians and staff
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

• Provides direct hemodialysis care, assessments, medications, and patient renal health education.
• Delegates tasks to dialysis technicians, supervises performance, ensures clinical standards.
• Monitors patient response to dialysis, adjusts plans, documents outcomes.
• Coordinates with physicians and healthcare team; reports critical labs and ensures continuity of care.
• Maintains accurate electronic medical records, completes care plans, and adheres to safety protocols.
