Job summary

Ennoble Care seeks an experienced Advanced Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to deliver primary and palliative care to dialysis patients in DaVita facilities around Jackson, MS. Purpose:


We are looking for an experienced Advanced Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide primary care to Dialysis patients in DaVita facilities throughout Jackson, MS on a full-time basis. You will apply medical techniques and principles under the supervision of a physician and you will care for a diverse set of patients with chronic diseases.


What You'll Do:

Compensation:



  • $145,000+ (depending on experience and other incentives) (full Time)
