Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited school.
• Registered Nurse licensure in Florida (or Multi-State Compact).
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• 3–5 years RN experience, leadership preferred.
• Pediatric nursing or charge nurse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as supplemental Operations Administrator to supervise shift operations.
• Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams to drive performance and quality.
• Leads LEAN projects; selects tools to review current processes.
• Manages budgets and staffing; handles payroll and performance reviews.
• Oversees daily operations, ensures quality patient-directed care and service.
• Develops staff training programs; analyzes and reports departmental data.
• Maintains standards and fosters a culture of service excellence.
