Responsibilities

• Provides direct hemodialysis care, performs assessments, administers medications, and educates patients on renal health and self-care.
• Supervises dialysis technicians, delegates tasks, ensures compliance with standards and regulations.
• Monitors patient response to dialysis, adjusts treatment plans as needed and documents interventions and outcomes.
• Coordinates care with physicians and healthcare team, reports critical lab results and ensures treatment continuity.
• Maintains accurate electronic medical records and adheres to safety and regulatory protocols.
