Qualifications

• Licensed registered nurse (RN) with current Missouri license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct hemodialysis care, assess patients, administer medications, and educate patients on renal health and self-care.
• Delegate tasks to dialysis technicians, supervise their performance, and ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
• Monitor patient response to dialysis, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document interventions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to coordinate care, report critical labs, and ensure continuity of treatment.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records, complete care plans, and adhere to safety and regulatory protocols.
