Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to supervise dialysis care within a skilled nursing or long-term care facility. The role combines hands-on patient treatment with supervision of dialysis technicians and adherence to state and federal regulations.

You will provide direct hemodialysis care, educate patients on renal health, monitor responses to treatment, document care plans, and collaborate with physicians to ensure seamless continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Provides direct hemodialysis care, assesses patients, administers medications, and educates on renal health and self-care.
• Delegates tasks to dialysis technicians and supervises their performance to meet clinical standards.
• Monitors patient response to dialysis and adjusts treatment plans as needed.
• Coordinates care with physicians and healthcare team to ensure continuity of treatment.
• Maintains electronic medical records and adheres to safety and regulatory protocols.
