Job summary

Avem Health Partners is seeking a PRN Dialysis Nurse to provide patient-centered care for ESRD and acute renal conditions. You will administer dialysis treatments, monitor patients, document responses, and coordinate with physicians and the nursing team.

The role requires an Oklahoma RN license, BLS and ACLS (within 30 days), and 2+ years of nursing experience with 1+ year in hemodialysis preferred. Safety, teamwork, and precise documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• RN license in Oklahoma; BLS required
• ACLS required or within 30 days of hire
• 2+ years clinical nursing experience required
• 1+ year hemodialysis nursing experience preferred; willing to train otherwise

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered dialysis care and administer prescribed treatments
• Monitor vitals, assess access sites, and document findings
• Respond to emergencies and initiate interventions as needed
• Maintain safety, infection control, and equipment disinfection procedures
• Collaborate with healthcare team and document patient progress
• Ensure accurate discharge planning and post-treatment assessment
