Job summary

• Direct hemodialysis care, assessments, medications administration, and patient education on renal health.
• Delegates tasks to dialysis technicians, supervises performance, ensures clinical standards.
• Monitors patient response, adjusts treatment plans, documents interventions and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare team to coordinate care and report critical lab results.
• Maintains accurate electronic medical records and adheres to safety and regulatory protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct hemodialysis care, performs assessments, administers medications, and educates patients on renal health, treatment, and self-care.
