Job summary

Live Well Homecare seeks a Dialysis RN to deliver safe, high-quality hemodialysis to medically complex rehab patients. You will work within an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery and independence.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, managing vascular access, educating patients and families, and documenting care in the EMR while maintaining infection-control and safety standards. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse licensure with dialysis or acute care experience.
  • Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of infection control, safety standards, and EMR documentation.
