The role involves providing prescribed dialysis treatments, delivering skilled nursing care, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required.
• Current LPN licensure valid in the state of practice.
• Flexibility to work shifts as needed.
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
• Ishihara color blind test required.

Responsibilities

• Provide prescribed medical and dialysis treatment.
• Deliver professional nursing care to dialysis patients.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
• Act as team lead when needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to meet patient needs.
• Maintain a safe patient environment following policies and standards.
• Stand and bend for extended periods as required.
