Job summary

Dialysis Care Center, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Ooltewah facility in a full-time role. The LPN will provide direct patient care, perform dialysis procedures, document treatments, and collaborate with the care team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.

The position requires ensuring compliance with state nursing regulations, participating in ongoing training, and supporting DCC's mission and patient-centered care standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing (LPN, LVN).
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse.
• Maintains state licensure in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for assigned patients.
• Perform dialysis procedures as prescribed and monitor treatments.
• Monitor and document dialysis treatment parameters and patient records.
• Report significant changes in patient condition or equipment issues to supervisor.
• Assist with safety procedures and emergency operations as needed.
