U.S. Renal Care in Oakland is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and in accordance with state scope of practice and Satellite policies.

You will deliver compassionate care to patients, participate in a multidisciplinary team, and uphold quality and safety standards while supporting the clinic's mission to improve lives affected by kidney disease.

Qualifications

• One year of LVN general nursing experience.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent.
• Valid LVN/LPN license in the state of practice and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of the Registered Nurse, following scope of practice and clinic policies.
• Maintain patient safety and quality of care in a fast-paced dialysis environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

• One (1) year License Vocational Nurse general nursing experience

Education

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent.

License/Certification
