Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5 years dialysis biomedical/technical experience or 8 years in related medical field.
• Willing to travel 30–40% of the time.
• Excellent communication skills; adaptable and problem-solver; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee training programs for new team members.
• Assist in maintaining water quality and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate on expansion projects, remodels, and acquisitions; monitor census.
• Schedule and lead regular team meetings and update annual skills checklists.
